The link shown on the ABC Radio site shows the location which ends in .pls. You need to download this file. You'll get a security warning but it's OK to download.
(Only download files if you know they're safe.) Once the file is downloaded open the file using Notepad (if on Windows) and you'll see the URL
for the radio stream. For example for the ABC Regional station for the Wide Bay area the URL is http://live-radio03.mediahubaustralia.com/4BBGW/mp3/.
